Field Services Engineer

Location – Milton Keynes – Hybrid
Salary – £30,000 to £35,000 per annum, £6,000 car allowance and benefits
Start Date – ASAP

The Role:
Our client is looking for an experienced Field Services Engineer to join their team in Milton Keynes and provide support to one of their many clients. As part of the role, you will be their go-to expert for all things hardware and software installation. You will be responsible for delivering services adhering to internal as well as customer SLA’s and take end-to-end ownership of problem resolution.
You will also be responsible for managing client expectations and creating and maintaining customer specific infrastructure documentation – the one who clients rely on to keep their systems running. The role will suit a seasoned field-based engineer with a track record of supporting SME’s. Experience of working in a customer-facing role, ready to be part of a wider service delivery function and working on multiple-site clients is essential to this role.
