The Role:
As part of this role, you will be responsible for Group Information Services (GIS) Project Management Office and GIS change and development centre of excellence including the Development & Change Framework (DCF) maintenance. This is a senior position based remotely with an expectation to travel to client sites & offices according to the requirements of the work.

You will be responsible for:

  • Owning the centre of excellence for change management across GIS
  • Working with CTO (Chief Technology Officer) and SM (Service Management) functions to assess new demand and provide high level plans, costs and risks to portfolio owners for approval
  • Major change and service development regulatory compliance
  • Business Operations including new work assessment and take on
  • Front door process, cross charging and budgets
  • Communications for Service Development & Change (SD&C) including management of all change resourcing across GIS

You will have experience in:

  • Communicating and interacting at all levels of the organisation
  • Maintaining effective relationships with third party suppliers
  • Focusing on our customer relationships and impact on our customer service
  • Identifying opportunities for change and the ability to convey the need for change
