Technology Learning & Development Coordinator

Salary – £27 – £30K Per annum
Location – Hybrid / London (min of 4 days a month in office)

The Candidate:
This role would suit a candidate with Prior experience in delivering customer facing coaching, and a proven track record in process reporting and governance. A Service Management Certification such as ITIL would be hugely beneficial, but is not essential. The role requires a confident communicator, with excellent stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will have experience in designing and running workshops and coaching sessions, as well as writing supporting content and collateral. It is essential to have experience with a range of technologies including a minimum of 3 of the following – Microsoft Office, Microsoft Teams, Webex Meetings, Webex Teams, and Zoom.

The Role:
To work in conjunction with the Partner, Customer and Project Manager and be responsible for designing, developing, and tracking training for each individual customer needs. This position will be designing and implementing effective training programs and methods that educate, enhance performance, and provide Customers with the knowledge and skills needed to perform their job duties and improve their knowledge to meet their current and future organizational needs.

Duties:

  • Ensure best practice and the correct processes are followed throughout all documentation and coaching.
  • Support customers to understand how to adopt their technology.
  • Collect, analyse and report on feedback and surveys from coaching sessions.
  • Produce coaching scripts and all relevant collateral.
  • Run smaller engagements end to end, managing customer relationship as directed by Line Manager.
  • Deliver coaching sessions as needed, either on a one-to-one, one to a few or one-to-many basis, either remotely or on customers’ sites.
  • Assist the Project Manager and Program Co-Ordinator with scheduling coaching sessions and creating a coaching briefing pack.
  • Be the subject matter expert (SME) on the relevant technology within your projects.
