We are looking for a Service Architect to work with an in-house Solution Architect to review current service architecture and redesign high level service model for a SIAM based approach.
You will need deep skills in service architecture, service design, SIAM and ITIL v4.

Expected Deliverables:
Phase 1:

• • Review existing future service model material and drive programme documentation artefacts
  • Conduct discovery workshop:

1. Service taxonomy and categorisation
2. Service boundaries, overlaps and ownership
3. Insource vs outsource intent
4. Identify risks, observations and opportunities for simplification

Phase 2 – Service Model Refinement & Enhancement
Activities:

• Apply ITIL v4 best practice service modelling frameworks
• Redefine service towers, boundaries and definitions
• Integrate sourcing considerations (insourced, outsourced, hybrid)
• Define dependencies, cross functional services, and underpinning capabilities
• Draft updated Service Model
• Review session

Outputs:

• Refined Service Model (intermediate draft)
• Service definitions and boundary statements
• Sourcing & ownership options
• Review summary & agreed refinements

Phase 3 – Finalisation, Alignment & Playback
Activities:

• Final refinements to the Service Model

Outputs:

• Final Service Model
