1. Promoter
The promoter of this free prize draw is Curo Resourcing Ltd, located at Green Acres Manor, Llanboidy, Whitland, Carmarthenshire, SA34 0EE.
2. Eligibility
- Entry is open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
- Employees of Curo Resourcing Ltd, their families, agents, or anyone professionally connected with the draw are not eligible to enter.
3. How to Enter
- No purchase is necessary to enter or win.
- Entry is free and can be made by responding as directed in the marketing email issued to prospective participants.
- Only one entry per person is permitted.
4. Draw Period
- The draw opens on 15th August 2025 and closes on 31st August 2025.
- Entries received after the closing date will not be considered.
5. Prize
- The prize is a 4-hour in-person discovery workshop relating to the use of Copilot for Microsoft 365. The location of this workshop must be on the UK mainland. The workshop must be arranged and delivered within 6 months of the prize draw end date.
- The prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative is available.
6. Winner Selection
- The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries using a computerised random selection method.
- The draw will take place on 5th September 2025.
7. Notification
- The winner will be notified by email and/or phone within 10 working days of the draw.
- If the winner does not respond within 10 working days, a new winner may be selected.
8. Data Protection
- Personal data provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the draw and will be handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
9. General
- The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the draw and these terms and conditions without notice.
- The promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
