Hardware Asset Manager (Contract)

Rate: £110 per day (please note, Employer NI is paid for by the client)

Location: East Lothian, Scotland

Responsibilities:

• Management of mobile device asset inventory. Working in Excel and Inventox, processing device ownership changes, lost devices, returned devices etc.
• Monitoring of central mailbox, responding to user queries
• Processing device return requests using ServiceNow, working with RDC to facilitate the return of the devices
• Validating new device requests in ServiceNow and approving \ rejecting the requests
• Have an understanding of how to manage BAU break-fix requests (Swap service) in order to provide BAU cover during holiday periods
