The Role:
You will be floor-walking and providing desk-side support for a proprietary system, full training will be provided surrounding this solution.

Technical Skills:

• Strong Windows Operating Systems and associated technical experience.
• You will be given full training on the systems you are supporting.

Soft Skills:

• Organised and methodical approach
• Excellent time keeping skills
• Ability to provide clear and concise updates
• Ability to convey technical concepts to all levels of audience
• Excellent written skills
• Proactive
