SC Cleared Support Engineer (Contract)

Our Global Enterprise client is hiring a team of Support Engineer to support any technical issues raised by users who have collected their laptop and are still onsite in the Stratford Office. Also provide the customer deliverables to the requirements and timetable to be outlined and agreed with the customer and then included in the response document for RoM costs and inclusions.

Start Date: ASAP
Duration: 20 days (initially)
Rate: £167 per day (please note, Employer NI is paid for by the client)
IR35 Status: Inside
Location: Stratford

NOTE: Active SC Clearance is highly desirable

Technical Skills:

  • Windows 11 and Intune experience required.

Soft Skills:

  • Good written and spoken communicative abilities; presentation and moderation skills; professional and convincing manner of appearance and expression; clear, targeted communication (verbal and written)
  • Good decision-making skills. Influence and persuasion skills
  • High degree of independence, organisational skills and time management
  • Ability to perform very well even under high pressure in a structured manner and to strict deadline; ability to address multiple activities at any time
