Salesforce Functional Consultant

Location: Hybrid / London (On-site 1 Day a week)
Salary: £50 – £85K negotiable (DOE)

Curo are partnering with a tier-1 Salesforce implementation consultancy, founded in 2005. They specialise in the Salesforce Customer 360 platform and associated App Exchange ISV applications. They have a particular capability in Sales, Service, Field Service, Quote to Cash, Integration and Marketing Clouds. Their specialist verticals include Manufacturing and Industrial, Media, Property, Financial Services, Membership and Third Sector. They have Global reach, with engagements with Enterprise, and Mid-Market Clients, across the UK, Europe, Middle East, US and Australia. The Candidate:
This role would suit a candidate who enjoys a varied position. This is a small and dynamic consultancy and the team wear different hats dependant on the project and capacity. As such we are looking for a Functional Consultant, who would be happy to step in as a Project manager on some Projects, and vice versa. This will give the successful candidate the opportunity to further hone their skills in other areas. This role would suit candidates that have come from a smaller consultancy background, who are used to a broad role.

The ideal candidate will benefit from ADM 201 and CPQ Salesforce Certifications, coupled with an industry recognised project management certification, such as PRINCE 2 or APM.

The Role:
Consultants are responsible for the successful delivery of projects, which involves working closely with key clients to understand their business requirements, and translating those to the Salesforce platform to the highest technical standards. Consultants are engaged throughout the project lifecycle and their responsibilities run from strategy, design and configuration through to integration, testing and deployment. The role requires a certified Salesforce Consultant with a proven track record of delivering successful implementations in a client facing environment.

Duties:

• Facilitate Workshops: Gather business requirements from key stakeholders (Business Analysis)
• Document Requirements: Provide detailed write up of project scope, requirements and definitions of success
  (Business Requirements Specification)
• Technical Governance and Estimation: Reviewing project scope, design and estimates
• Manage projects: Includes coordinating the project team to ensure the project remains on track, within scope
  and budget
• Customer Success: Manage client relationships and provide support throughout the change process
• Technical Expertise: Continual Professional Development, continually improving personal Salesforce knowledge
  by keeping up to date with latest releases and gaining further certifications and qualifications

Requirements:

• ADM201 certified + at least two core Salesforce Cloud Certifications – Sales, Service, FSL, CPQ, Marketing,
• Communities (ADM201 Plus CPQ is preferred).
• Project Management Qualification – PRINCE 2 or APM (Beneficial).
• Ability to demonstrate analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Successful delivery of Salesforce projects.
• Strong configuration capability with experience of process builder, validation rules, formulas, flows and custom objects.
• Ability to demonstrate effective and productive stakeholder management skills both internally at all levels and with third parties, with the ability to build productive relationships.
• Highly developed communication skills to effectively present technical solutions to project stakeholders
